Dip & Cheeseball Mixes, Spices & Seasonings (4)
CREAMY TOMATO & BASIL PENNE
Ingredients
½ packet Creamy Tomato, Basil & Garlic Dip Mix
1 ½ cups fresh cream
½ cup white wine
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. Oh! So Garlic
2 tsp. Mexican Fiesta Rub & Seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
5 fresh basil leaves, chopped
5 cups cooked penne pasta
Instructions
Combine first 8 ingredients and simmer gently for 20 minutes. In the last 5 minutes of cooking add fresh basil. Serve over cooked penne. While sauce is simmering cook penne according to package directions. Serve sauce over pasta.
